For over sixty years, the Sausalito Sister Cities programs have been enhancing international relationships through educational and cultural exchange, fostering peace and international understanding through global people-to-people programs.

Teaching business skills to entrepreneurial women in Viña del Mar through exchange. Since 2011, we have impacted over 40 women small business owners in Chile.

Est. 1988

Over 450 high school students have participated in this Japan – American exchange, learning leadership development, cultural and community exposure and a keen global understanding.

Est. 2013

This youth sailing exchange program fosters multi-cultural and education exchange between American and Portuguese youth. In 2015, the first year of this exchange saw Sausalito host six sailors from Cascais.
