Cathy is the Secretary for the Vina Del Mar Sister City’s Operations Council. She has participated in delegations to Vina Del Mar, Chile and hosted Vina Del Mar delegates in Sausalito.
A resident of Sausalito since 1984 and currently a part-time tax consultant, Cathy has enjoyed a successful career as a CPA launching her own firm in 1996. Her business was named by the Sausalito Chamber of Commerce the “Business of the Year” in 2009. She then sold her business. In 2012 Cathy was Sausalito’s choice for the “Business Citizen of the Year” award from the Bank of Marin’s Spirit of Marin’s and in 2013 she received the Sausalito Chamber’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Cathy has been committed to the community as a Board member, event planner, and financial advisor for programs such as the Caledonia Street Art Walk, the Amgen Tour of California, Imagine Sausalito, and Sailing Education Adventures.
