Tom Kowalski
As a Buffalo, New York native, Tom Kowalski is Board Certified in his Physical Medicine Speciality of Hand Rehabilitation.
His peer reviewed professional portfolio includes 35 papers, presentations and videos in domestic and international hand, micro and plastic surgery journals and meetings. Prior work on vascularized nerve grafts, carpal tunnel surgery along with microsurgical extremity reconstruction have been referenced in over 250 associated published papers.

In joining the Sausalito Sister Cities Board in 2022, he remains involved in numerous yacht club, sister city and reed boat projects.
His private practice is Sausalito based with a focus on expert opinion medical legal evaluations.
