Ariana’s career has spanned the globe in diverse areas such as entrepreneurship, international finance, and scientific and market research. For the last 12 years, she has been strategically focused on health and wellness, healthtech, and biotechnology in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an emphasis on digital health and the dynamics of an aging population. She believes in serving her community, has been on multiple non-profit boards, and is currently a community educator and policy advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association. She holds a BA in Linguistics from Rice University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and an MS from Drexel University College of Medicine.

Ariana moved to Sausalito in 2011 after living abroad in London and Moscow for several years as an investment banker. She made a hard career pivot at that time and in 2012 started Right at Home Marin, a licensed agency providing in-home care and assistance to seniors and adults with homecare needs in Marin County, which she later sold to her executive director in 2017. Right at Home remains a successful going concern. Ariana now works closely with health technology startups, providing strategic advisory and hands-on efforts to bring promising technologies to market. Through her experience as a small business owner and her volunteer activism, Ariana has developed a deep network of contacts in Marin and the wider Bay Area. As a director on the board of Senior Access from 2013-2016, Ariana raised over $10k in sponsored fundraising. On a personal note, Ariana moved to Novato in 2016 after the birth of her now 8 year old daughter, Hayley, who is the most important person in Ariana’s life.
